Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how the 4SETS mobile application ("the App") handles your information. The App is operated by Izabela Moore ("we", "us", "our").
We've tried to write this in plain English. If anything is unclear, contact us at 4setsadmin@gmail.com.
What we collect
To provide the App, we collect a small, deliberate set of information:
Account information. When you create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted password. The email is used to sign you in and recover your account; nothing else.
Workout data. Every workout you log — sessions, exercises, weights, reps, dates — is stored against your user account so it appears in your history and powers the auto-progression math.
Lift estimates and preferences. Your starting bench, squat, and deadlift estimates from onboarding, your unit preference (kg or lb), and your onboarding completion flag.
Technical data. Our backend records standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) for security and debugging. These logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
That's everything. We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, biometric data, advertising identifiers, or anything from other apps.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
- We do not integrate with social media, ad networks, or analytics that profile you across apps.
- We do not access HealthKit, Google Fit, your contacts, your camera, or any sensors on your device.
Where your data lives
Your account and workout data are stored on Supabase, a backend-as-a-service provider. Supabase data centres are located in the EU (Ireland). Their privacy practices are at supabase.com/privacy.
We use Supabase's built-in Row Level Security so that no other user — and nobody at Supabase or 4SETS acting in their normal day-to-day — can read your workout data. Only you, signed in to your account, can access it.
How long we keep your data
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account using the Delete Account button in Settings, we permanently and immediately delete:
- Your authentication record (email + password)
- Your profile (lift estimates, preferences)
- Every workout you've logged
This deletion is irreversible. There are no soft-deletes, no archives, no backups containing your data after the deletion completes.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you (it's all visible to you in the App's History and Settings screens)
- Correct any inaccurate information (you can edit any workout or preference directly in the App)
- Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete account)
- Export your data — for now, this is on request: email us at 4setsadmin@gmail.com and we'll send you a JSON dump within 14 days
- Object to how we process your data — contact us and we'll respond within 14 days
If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children's privacy
4SETS is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at 4setsadmin@gmail.com and we'll delete the account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
